Subject to your compliance with these Conditions of Use and your payment of any applicable fees, Altitude 2.1TM or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of our Services. YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use any Altitude 2.1TM Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Altitude 2.1TM does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Altitude 2.1TM reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

You grant Altitude 2.1TM and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Altitude 2.1TM for all claims resulting from content you supply. Altitude 2.1TM attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Altitude 2.1TM does not warrant that product description or other content of any Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Any reliance on the material on this Website is at your own risk.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on any Altitude 2.1TM Service represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent “open-stock” prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer’s estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set.
Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice. Altitude 2.1TM reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Service without notice at any time.
We generally do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process or, for digital products, until we make the digital product available to you.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. ADDITIONAL ALTITUDE 2.1TM SOFTWARE TERMS
Use of the Altitude 2.1TM Software: You may use Altitude 2.1TM Software solely for purposes of enabling you to use and enjoy the Services as provided by Altitude 2.1TM, and as permitted by the Terms and Conditions of Use. You may not incorporate any portion of the Altitude 2.1TM Software into your own programs or compile any portion of it in combination with your own programs, transfer it for use with another service, or sell, rent, lease, lend, loan, distribute or sub-license the Altitude 2.1TM Software or otherwise assign any rights to the Altitude 2.1TM Software in whole or in part. You may not use the Altitude 2.1TM Software for any illegal purpose. We may cease providing any Altitude 2.1TM Software and we may terminate your right to use any Altitude 2.1TM Software at any time. Your rights to use the Altitude 2.1TM Software will automatically terminate without notice from us if you fail to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions. Additional third party terms contained within or distributed with certain Altitude 2.1TM Software that are specifically identified in related documentation may apply to that Altitude 2.1TM Software (or software incorporated with the Altitude 2.1TM Software) and will govern the use of such software in the event of a conflict with these Conditions of Use. All software used in any Altitude 2.1TM Service is the property of Altitude 2.1TM or its software suppliers and protected by the United Arab Emirates and international copyright laws.
Use of Third Party Services: When you use the Altitude 2.1 Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a wireless carrier or a mobile platform provider, over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input. Your use of these third-party services may be subject to the separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties.
No Reverse Engineering: You may not, and you will not encourage, assist or authorize any other person to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, or otherwise tamper with, the Altitude 2.1TM Software, whether in whole or in part or create any derivative works from or of the T Altitude 2.1TM Software.
Updates: In order to keep the Altitude 2.1TM Software up-to-date, we may offer automatic or manual updates at any time and without notice to you.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Altitude 2.1TM and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Service Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Service Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Service Terms, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Service Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Service Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Service Terms, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Service Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Service Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
For International Shipping, customers will be subject to VAT, the amount is unknown and depicted by the governing laws of the country that the Altitude 2.1 is shipped to. Customers are responsible to pay VAT.
We offer shipping services using DHL, a reliable courier company based in the UAE. Our courier company will contact you to arrange delivery at your convenience. We offer shipping services within our courier company’s service areas. In the case your territory is classified as “out-of-delivery” area by our courier company, we would kindly request you to collect your orders from the nearest courier company office.
Orders to UAE are delivered within 5 working days.
Orders to other countries may take up to 15 working days. Any applicable duty, tax or other charges has to be paid by you to receive your order. In certain cases, we may use postal services and the product will be delivered to your post box or you may have to collect it from the nearest post office upon payment of any applicable duty, tax or surcharges.
RETURNS
We guarantee the exchange of all defective product within 7 days of receipt of shipment by the customer. However, dissatisfaction with your purchase for other reasons (eg. size) will not be returnable, refundable or disputable therefore, please ensure you select the correct size and refer to the size guide carefully.
The product to be exchanged must be in the same condition that you received the item in. Used products will not be exchanged. We do not exchange products that were purchased from other retailers. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of products that are in used condition. The customer shall bear the cost of shipping associated with returning the product to us in case the exchange was for any reason other than a defective product.
Kindly send an email to sales@altitude-mask.com informing us of your intention to exchange the product along with your order number and the reason for exchange. We shall arrange for the collection of the product through the courier company. Once we receive the returned product(s) back in its original condition with all tags and original box, we will issue a voucher of the value of the product returned to be used on the website to purchase the exchanged item.
